• View customer browsing history: See every page* the customer visited, in order, prior to completing a specific transaction.
• Referrer Information: Know which site referred your customer prior to making a purchase. If they searched for your site, and the search engine did not obfuscate their query (we’re looking at you, Google), you’ll be able to see the exact search phrase used as well.
• New in 1.5 – Time Spent & Time Elapsed: See how much time the visitor spent on each page prior to continuing in their purchase, as well as total time elapsed from start-to-finish.
• New in 1.5 – Actual Lifetime Customer Value: See all transactions completed by the same user, as well as their total spend across all completed, non-refunded, non-cancelled orders.
